Experience what true extra virgin olive oil should taste like in a sommelier-guided tasting activity. You will discover firsthand the aroma and flavour differences that can be attributed to olive fruit ripeness and why this is important to quality.

Participate in a fun activity and learn how to read olive oil labels so you know what you're really buying.
Olive oil and health
Learn what makes EVOO good for our bodies including key chemistry profiles that confer health benefits, and EVOO's pivotal role in the Mediterranean food culture.
Around the world tasting
Taste EVOO's from three different growing regions and olive varietals in the world. Two of the EVOO's come from growers and producers we know and have worked with personally.
Olive oil and food pairing
Learn how pairing the right EVOO profile with different food ingredients enhances your overall dining experience. We will specially curate a small selection of food items for these sets of activities.
You are free to ask questions anytime during the session, but we will still dedicate some time for any further questions at the end of the session
